Cometal has a production line of different types of pilots, according to the desired function in the valve, manufactured in brass.
All our pilots are manufactured and tested one by one under more stringent standards of quality.
To do so, Cometal has different test benches to ensure maximum precision and reliability.

The pressure regulating pilot PRAL® has been designed to control valves operated hydraulically. We can get a pressure reducing or sustaining valve by changing only the connection of the ways of the pilot.

Differential pressure pilot KATAL® has been designed to control valves operated hydraulically. We can achieve a flow control valve, and can perform other operations as control of cracks in pipes.

Hydraulic relay VAR® has been designed to allow the operation of hydraulic valves at certain distances when the hydraulic signal by itself is insufficient or excessive to be able to operate it, working as signal amplifier. At the same time it can solve operation problems due to topographic high differences. Other utility of this device is the option of operating hydraulically at a distance pressure reducing and/or sustaining equipments, and exchange hydraulic signals.

All Cometal pilots have several springs according to needs, although the standard configuration covers most hydraulic situations.
